Join our Communications & Public Policy department and lead the charge at Infineon as Manager of Data & Insights and become an influential figure in our global analytics journey.As the Manager of Data & Insights, your responsibilities extend beyond overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of reports across communication units.
You will play a crucial role in building and supporting the growth of a new team.
In your new role you will:Establish the structure of a data analytics team, including defining roles and resource planning, setting up an effective team accordinglySet the strategic direction for the analytics function, aligning it with the communication department's objectivesLiaise with senior management to communicate insights, gain support for analytics initiatives, and understand departmental needsMonitor the effectiveness of analytic tools, reporting and methodologies, ensuring they deliver actionable insightsStay updated with the latest analytic technologies and trends, incorporating them as necessarySupport the enablement of self-service reporting.You strive for high quality results.
