- Directing, coaching and developing team leaders and team members to ensure they provide the highest possible service in a safe and compliant operational environment.
- Educating your team on current processes and procedures, targets and goals.
- Making sure all activities are in line with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Overseeing operational projects and initiatives to ensure planned results are delivered on time and within budget.
- Managing and controlling your station's costs and budget.
- Leading continuous optimization and improvement of business processes.
- Ensuring your station's accurate and timely reporting.What do you bring with you:
- Experience in a leadership role (3-5 years).
- General undergraduate degree (e.G. Bachelor's Degree); Relevant Professional Qualifications preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills, and the ability to plan and organize meticulously.
- Strong communication and social skills and ability to present to a wide audience confidently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience with leading/delivering projects.
