This role will be a part of our new Commercial Planning Team. It's a key driver for sustainable and profitable growth across Ortho/SPM in the Southern Europe & FraBeNe Cluster.
We're currently looking for a key driver in supporting commercial excellence initiatives through close collaboration with the local Sales & Marketing teams and the Digital Commercial Excellence team on a global level.
What will you be doing?
The overall responsibility of the Cluster Commercial Excellence Manager is to develop and implement sales force effectiveness initiatives, including sales force sizing and structure, segmentation & targeting, opportunity management, territory optimization, sales performance analytics and incentive compensation plans that will have a direct positive impact on the P&L of the business.
You will be sharing sales force effectiveness best practices with the local Sales Management across the Cluster and support them in systems development and implementation alignment with Digital Commercial Excellence team (CRM, Analytics, Dashboards, Insights, etc.) and ensure high data quality and utilization.
Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders Cluster commercial teams (Sales & Marketing), Digital Commercial, Sales Operations, Pricing & Corporate Accounts team and, and Customer Care team.
What will you need to be successful?
Successful candidates would need the following:
Bachelor/Master's degree in business and /or economics or related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
An in depth understanding and experience in Commercial Excellence, Marketing, sales and / or account management, ideally gained in the in the MedTech or healthcare industry, with exposure to Soeur & FraBeNe Markets (Spain, Italy, Portugal, France, Belgium & Netherlands)
Experience leading direct reports
Proven successful track record in utilization of CRM System
Fluency in English & Spanish, any other languages (esp. French, Flemish, Italian) being a major plus.
Ability to influence, Analytic mindset, management skills
Travel requirements: Up to 20
