We are listed on the regulated Euronext market in Paris since July 2014.Our Finance & Administration Business Line is looking for a Management Controller, that will have the following responsibilities:Define and execute relevant and reliable KPI to enable the management of the Business LinesDevelop and improve harmonized processesHomogenize management rules across BLsDrive optimization/simplification projects and tools automationCoordinate budget process within BLsPerform analytical reviews of the monthly operating results and help to ensure reasonability and accuracy of reports, providing explanation for month over month variation in increases levels as part of the closing processLead the analytical cycles as is Internal Hours, Time Registration, Works Map, Headcount, PRU calculation, Accruals & DeferralsEnsure an accurate monthly Revenues Report, Pipe Reconciliation, Backlog and Activation CostsPerform tasks associated with month-end and year-end close of income statement and balance sheet, account reconciliations & G/L analysis, both on HFM and IFS, ensuring a review between ERP and Consolidation ToolEnsure timely and accurate submission of reporting processes under IFRS including harmonization entriesAnalyse and report including intangible assets and production (half-yearly and yearly)Implement crispy presentations to inform and to enable decision-making (QBR for instance)Monitoring and Performance => consolidation & benchmark of the country numbers, risk review (CAPEX/OPEX, margin recognition, project status and progress), Stock Control and Credit Assessment.Ensure communication with Asset Owners.Mid-term analysis of IPP and DEV performance and benchmark with competitors.Be the point of contact with external auditors.Ad hoc analysis.REQUIREMENTSThe ideal candidate will have/ be:5 years of experience in International Controlling departmentGood knowledge in General and Analytical accountingKnowledge of key-principles of IFRS normsSolid understanding of project cost control/ analysis, budget and forecastingExperience with multi-national & multi-currency companiesAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Accounting Systems and BI ApplicationProficiency with a consolidation software would be highly appreciatedAuditing Experience in a Big 4 Company is a plusKEY SKILLSVery good communication skillsSelf-starter, ability to identify issues and problem-solving orientationPrecision and organizationPriority managementCapability to summarizeOutgoing and engaging personalityBUSINESS LINEGeography Finance - UK, Italy, Spain, PortugalCONTRACT TYPEPermanent ContractLOCATIONPortugal, PortoSTARTING DATEJan 24
