Main activities:

– Organize and coordinate processes of Closing / Budget & Forecasts / Medium Term Plan and equivalents (guarantee timely delivery of quarterly and monthly reporting packages);

– Oversight company results and key business drivers across International scope;

– Foster a control framework to guarantee data quality, risk mitigation and client satisfaction;

– Optimize towards efficiency, business continuity and a risk free operation;

– People management namely, assign workload, staffing, coaching, training, performance, motivate the team, ensure adherence to company and Group policies Other Ad-Hoc in the framework of finance department.

Profile and skills we look for:

– Degree in one of the following areas preferably: Finance or Management Control;

– Background in Finance, and between 8 to 15 years' experience with management reporting or financial reporting in a multi-entity environment, acquainted with storytelling reporting packages across different phases of the financial cycle (ex: Budgets vs Forecasts vs Actuals);

– Previous working experience in a function related to Management Control;

– Fluency in English – Portuguese is appreciated, French is a plus.

Temporary project: 6 months (expected)

– Schedule between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm (Hybrid)

– Location: Porto
