Management Controller - Lisbon

As a global outsourcing company, we take care of processes and functions to help our clients to stay focused on their goals and core missions.We are currently looking for Management Controller!At Intelcia Portugal we have the job for you!Your new roleAs part of the finance department team, reporting directly to Management Control Manager, the key missions of the role will include:Contributing to the preparation of annual budgets and forecastsTracking the budget expenses by cost/profit centerHighlighting the trends and unexpected variances actual Vs budgetMaintaining the control over the reliability of the dataAnalyzing and following-up on key performance indicators in relation with the operational managersAssisting the monthly closing process and the production of the P&LSupporting the operational managers to steer the profitabilityAnalyzing the monthly PayrollAd hoc reporting and analysisContributing to diverse studies and financial projections when it's required among the GroupWhat you need to succeedMaster degree in Management control, Finance or AccountingMinimum 3 years' experience as a management controllerEnglish and Portuguese speaker (mandatory)Mastery of Office tools, particularly Advanced Excel (knowledge of PowerBI is valued)Strong analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organization and priority setting skillsAutonomy and sense of responsibilityWhat the company can offer youHealth insurance after 6 months in the companyAttractive and motivating salaryAt Intelcia, we are excited about your success.
