Consultants based in Lisbon will support clients globally with the opportunity for international travel. Our consultants provide flexible support to clients whether it is a rapid assessment, short term savings realisation or embedding in a long-term partnership to deliver lasting and measurable value to clients.What will you be doing?Managing complex workstreams or multiple smaller workstreams. Often supported by junior resources.Managing more junior consultants on projects, making sure Efficio methodologies and processes are followed.Driving complex analysis where data is hard to access and using expertise to creatively develop conclusions and recommended solutions.Playing a role in advising clients and designing solutions that address complex needs, achieve sustainable results, and demonstrate real impact.Effectively managing and owning the relationship with senior stakeholders.Planning and preparing documentation for own workstream.Taking part in the recruitment process of potential junior consultants.Who we're looking for:Our collaborative and inclusive culture is what makes us stand out.
