Description Efficio's Managers/Senior Managers lead our engagements with clients. They have overall responsibility for ensuring that the objectives of the engagement are achieved, and client expectations are met. These Managers/Senior Managers set the strategic direction for the engagement and work with Consultants and other team members to ensure each project workstream is strategically aligned. While they must maintain a 'big picture' view, they must also have a good understanding of the detail within each individual workstream.
This candidate will have both an external and an internal focus. Externally, they must build deep relationships with senior client stakeholders to ensure they are fully engaged with the project and the proposed solutions. They are also responsible for identifying additional business development opportunities, both within the engagement and beyond. Internally, our Managers/Senior Managers are responsible for leading, challenging and motivating their team to continually deliver the best possible outcomes for clients. They act as a sounding board for team members, challenging ideas and guiding the development of strategic solutions. They are responsible for building a positive, collaborative, and high-performing culture within their project teams. They also have a key role in developing more junior team members, providing coaching, and mentoring to help develop their consulting skills and capabilities.
