We are currently looking for a new member for the Shopping Centre Management team to join us in the position of Management Associate - Arrábida Shopping.
Working Place: Arrábida Shopping
Requirements: A degree in Economics, Management, or a related field.While experience in a similar role is a plus, it's not a deal-breaker—we're looking for potential!Fluency in English is essential.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (Mandatory).Familiarity with SAP systems is a bonus.Strong analytical thinking and a keen eye for accuracy.Proactive, reliable, dynamic, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities: Shape the shopping center's future by elaborating, coordinating, and monitoring the Annual Budget.Manage purchase orders with precision using SAP-based systems.Lead and inspire the sales audit team while preparing insightful audit reports.Provide key performance reports to both ownership and management, supporting data-driven decisions.Handle tenant contract negotiations, preparing and validating all related documentation
