We are seeking a skilled and experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our Managed Services team, focusing on comprehensive infrastructure management, with a specialization in UiPath. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Windows Server Administration, UiPath infrastructure management, and a deep understanding of access management and governance.
General: Responsibilities and tasks for this role Investigate, diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Produce technical documentation to aid in the understanding of existing solutions.
Perform infrastructure monitoring to maintain system stability.
Basic Level Windows Server Administration (Powershell).
Basic Level Windows Administration (VM/VDI) (installing applications, access topics, error analysis).
SQL-User/Queries not DBA (for Error Analysis, Extracting Information).
Provide L2 support for UiPath Infrastructure, ensuring robustness and optimal performance.
Conduct thorough technical error analysis, leveraging Basic Level Windows Server Administration and PowerShell/SQL.
Provide technical assistance to clients and resolve their queries.
Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of Blue Prism servers, Control Room, Decipher, Interact, Hub, etc.
Manage UiPath deployments including licensing, security, and user access.
Manage user access to UiPath environments, ensuring security and compliance.
Extract information for reporting purposes to enhance decision-making.
Support the migration of Blue Prism environments to the cloud/other RPA tool setup.
RequirementsMust-have qualifications & competencies Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Knowledge of cloud computing integration within RPA environments.
Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in basic Windows Server Administration, PowerShell, and error analysis.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
