Description du poste : AS MAITRE D'HOTEL You will be the privileged contact for your client and will be able to adapt to their requests, advise them and offer them a personalized and memorable service.
Involved in the daily operational management of the establishment, you will work in close collaboration with our Chef in charge of the Restaurant.
The Maitre d'hôtel efficiently allocates and directs the work tasks of the outlets according to the directives received.
He/she ensures that the customer is well looked after.
He/she offers an attentive service adapted to the customer's needs.
He/she adapts his/her organisation and staffing levels according to the activity.
Participate in inventories of crockery, china, cutlery, furniture and audiovisual equipment.
He/she ensures that his/her teams are well presented.
He/she organises and controls the work of his/her team.
He/she ensures the cleanliness of his/her workplace and food safety (HACCP).
He/she is in permanent contact with all sectors of the hotel.

Description du profil : We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Restaurant Maître to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the service team at the Xtian restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, unforgettable experiences for our guests, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements Proven experience in supervisory or management roles in high-quality restaurants.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for hospitality and quality service.
Knowledge of Alentejo and portuguese cuisine is an advantage.
Food safety certification is desirable.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Fluency in English and/or Portuguese is essential (any other languages are a plus).
