Maintenance Service Contracts Project Manager Lisboa Job Description:
As a Maintenance Service Contracts Project Manager, you will coordinate activities related to Long Term Service Agreements at Power Plants equipped with Siemens Energy rotating equipment (large gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators) for our external customers. You will lead communication with customers and execute service contracts to ensure we meet their needs and expectations.
A Snapshot of Your Day:
Lead maintenance activities on gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators, primarily in utility scale power generation plants but also for selected industrial applications.
Manage both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including new parts, repairs, and field services.
Collaborate with functional teams such as engineering, field service, EQHS, and finance to gather vital information for efficient contract management.
Analyze customer requirements and RFQs to understand objectives, scope, timelines, negotiation points, and evaluation criteria.
Coordinate and lead meetings with customers and internal teams to assign responsibilities and review progress, ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled.
Develop proposals for upgrades and modernizations, promoting decarbonization solutions and plant efficiency improvements.
Oversee budget planning and management, including mid/long-term budgeting.
Negotiate technical upgrades, pricing, and other aspects to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet standards and satisfy client requirements.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
3 years of previous experience in project management, preferably in gas turbine, steam turbine, and generator services.
Strong customer focus and understanding of customer needs.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with functional and international teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Creative thinking to develop innovative solutions.
Understanding and experience in the power generation market.
