Job DescriptionForvia, a sustainable mobility technology leaderWe pioneer technology for mobility experience that matter to people.Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesThe main missions of the role are:Ensure that machines and tools are running according HSE requirements and process definitions;Perform predictive, preventive and curative maintenance on equipments, all associated tools;Guarantee that process losses are according defined targets;Support plant new launches team on new tools / machines installation;Support continuous improvement process;Manage and report key Maintenance indicators;Coordinate Equipment Care / TPM activities on his/her UAP;Plan, monitor and coordinate the work of external companies;Create and introduce procedures regarding the tasks of his/her field of responsibility;Support problem solving initiatives;Maintenance & Series productionPrepare, control and implement all the procedures for predictive, preventive and curative maintenance;Assures that all machines & tooling are in compliance with HSE and legal requirements, ensuring machines efficiency and assures product conformity;Coordinate any technical change in any equipment updating the associated instructions and documents;Manages the Equipment Care / TPM process and assures the implementation according FES rules in his /her UAP in line wit UAP Manager;Update TPM routines;Implement actions to improve equipment & process capabilities, maximize equipment capacity, and reduce maintenance costs;Continuous improvement processParticipate on the Improvement Ideas process according defined rules and targets;Coordinate and / or participate on QRCI in all levels;People ManagementTrain, coach, and develop Maintenance Team;Support and train other networks/functions.
