Ensure the flawless operation of our facilities, from preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings to equipment, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and employees.Your responsibilities may include:Preventive and corrective maintenance of building infrastructure; Daily maintenance complying with work orders and defined preventive maintenance plans; Cleaning of sidewalks, signage, benches, treatment of wood, stainless steel, etc.; Execution of minor electrical work; Other tasks inherent to the position.For this position, it is desirable to have:Previous professional experience in similar roles; Basic knowledge in performing electrical work; Knowledge of civil construction; Ability to organizework autonomously; Ability to work in a team; Valid driver's license; Sense of responsibility and initiative; Availability to work rotating shifts (including night shifts); Knowledge of the English language.Show us your experience in maintenance services!
