As we grow, we're seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join our Technology Development Team.Job Description:We are looking for a Machine Learning & GIS Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new models and enhancing existing ones using remote sensing data. You'll work on integrating machine learning with GIS, contributing to projects that have a real-world impact on infrastructure management.Key Responsibilities:Develop and enhance machine learning models utilizing geospatial and remote sensing data.Work with GIS data to create solutions that integrate with our current systems and models.Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to design and implement technology solutions for infrastructure management.Analyze and process satellite remote sensing data for insights and application in real-world scenarios.Continuously improve the performance and scalability of existing models.Key Requirements:Proven experience in machine learning and GIS.Proficiency with geospatial analysis tools (e.g., QGIS, ArcGIS) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).Experience processing and analyzing satellite remote sensing data.Solid programming skills in Python, with experience using libraries like GDAL, Geopandas, and Rasterio.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Nice to Haves:Experience working in a cloud environment (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).Background in remote sensing, including handling satellite data (e.g., multispectral, hyperspectral, SAR).Experience with spatial databases (e.g., PostGIS) and spatial data pipelines.Knowledge of Geoserver and APIs.Understanding of the infrastructure management domain.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits.An opportunity to work in an exciting and rapidly evolving sector.A collaborative and inclusive team environment.The chance to work on innovative projects with global impact.
