We are seeking a Luxury Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our elite team, catering to high-net-worth clients along the prestigious Algarve coast.
Key Responsibilities: Close high-end real estate sales with discerning clients, offering a bespoke and personalized service.
Manage the entire sales cycle—from identifying client needs to presenting luxury properties and finalizing transactions.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), investors, and second-home buyers.
Generate leads through your network, industry connections, and participation in exclusive events.
Stay informed about market trends, luxury properties, and real estate investment opportunities in the Algarve region.
Deliver a white-glove experience, ensuring every client receives exceptional service, tailored advice, and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For: Proven track record in luxury real estate sales, with a demonstrated ability to close multi-million-euro deals.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage with high-net-worth clients.
Experience working with international buyers and an understanding of their unique needs and preferences.
Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus); additional languages such as French, German, or Spanish are advantageous.
A deep understanding of the Algarve's luxury real estate market and the lifestyle it offers.
A high level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
