About the role The LQA Manager at PTW's Portugal studios oversees all Localization QA projects, ensuring they exceed client expectations by closely collaborating with global peers. This role involves managing and nurturing a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators, fostering their professional growth. The LQA Manager is responsible for creating and implementing standardized processes based on industry and company best practices while continually reviewing and assessing project delivery for ongoing improvement. Additionally, the position requires managing staff utilization to ensure profitability and acting as a champion for maintaining high linguistic quality.
