We are looking for a Business Applications Manager for Loyalty with 8+ years of experience managing Loyalty related applications from a service desk orsupport taking full ownership of experience of our customers

What youwill doYou consult and take over IT ownership for Loyalty supportYou act as first contact towards our internal IT & business stakeholdersYou support our projects and especially our external partners to drive all loyalty and reward processes (web 2.0 and web 3.0)Respond to customer inquiries via our ticketing systemAssist employees in understanding and navigating loyalty platformsCollaborate with other departments to address and solve customer issuesDocument and track customer interactions and resolutionsDriving and ensuring future proof loyalty processes within our HUGO BOSS IT landscape on a global scale. This means to design consistent technical concepts, coordinate implementation teams and align with enterprise architects on a future-proof technology landscape and ensure successful global rolloutsWhat you'll bringStrong knowledge and interest in loyalty, customer experience and customer engagementExcellent communicative skills and analytical strengthSeveral years of experience in loyalty and CRM related rolesIdeally have experience with loyalty management platforms, web 3.0 tools and ecosystems, reward tools, mobile apps8+ years of relevant work experience, proven IT backgroundKnowledge of retail or ecom processes in SAP would be beneficialBasic knowledge of SalesforceDegree in Business Informatics, Business Economics or related areasFluent in English
