What we're looking for:Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a bonus);Strong customer orientation;Planning and organization skills;Written and phone communication skills;Domain of computer tools;Higher education and experience in similar roles are valued.Responsibilities:Manage customer claims and returns for professionals and private customers in the automotive industry;Help fulfill orders for customers;Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on all steps and timings of orders;Provide information on logistical issues.
