What we're looking for:

Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a bonus);
Strong customer orientation;
Planning and organization skills;
Written and phone communication skills;
Proficiency in computer tools;
Higher education and experience in similar roles are valued.

Responsibilities:

Manage customer claims and returns for professionals and private customers in the automotive industry;
Help fulfill orders for customers;
Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on all steps and timings of orders;
Provide information on logistical issues.
