ABOUT THE JOB
We are now looking to expand our Team with a Logistics Specialist who is familiar with the E-Commerce environment and understands the growth challenges a young fashion company faces when expanding across different warehouses and future Retail locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics Management: Planning and organizing deliveries with suppliers, logistics operators and warehouses.
Comply with standards, internal procedures, and shipping regulations.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth inventory flow and proper distribution across locations.
Analyze stock control and distribution data to ensure accurate and timely replenishment.
Replenish packaging as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
Minimum knowledge of incoterms and hs codes.

Warehouse Operations: Make entry announcements on the warehouse control panel, ensuring all data is accurate and current.
Processing and maintaining barcodes, ensuring compliance with Mikuta's format and accuracy standards.

Data Management: Monitor and update product information in the internal system for analysis and report generation.
Support internal teams, ensuring smooth operation of the procurement, warehouse, and customer experience departments.

Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve the overall shipping experience for the end customer and address any issues.
Provide necessary information and warnings to prevent delays or disruptions in shipments.
Continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Management: Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics operations, including procedures with suppliers, warehouses, and shippers.
Ensure all logistics personnel, suppliers, and shippers adhere to Mikuta's SOPs for consistent operations.

Perform other logistics-related tasks to support the team and contribute to the company's success.
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in logistics, with a strong understanding of carriers, Incoterms, and warehouse operations.
Proficiency in Excel and other spreadsheet tools for data analysis and reporting. Power BI, Tableau, or another is a plus.
Experience with warehouse management software and e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
