What you'll do
Be part of the Offline Team, supporting an ambitious team in their structure for growth.
Responsible for structural and strategic coordination of our warehouses/dropshipping sites in Europe.
Oversee and analyze the operational workflow and optimize its processes (namely inbound, replenishment, picking and packing, inventory control, etc).
Accountable for cost management and efficiency improvements.
Work closely with our global logistics team to create the strategy that connects the procedure with your market insights.
Monitor KPIs and create reports to control the agreed SLA concerning quality, costs, and service level, taking actions where needed.
Support system integrations, identify system and process weaknesses, and develop suggestions for optimization.
Participate in negotiations, manage contracts, and handle change requests.
Who we're looking for
University Degree in Business Administration/Engineering/Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent and/or relevant working experience in the area.
Customer-oriented with strong communication skills and good Stakeholder Management.
Mastery of MS Excel.
Self-starter with a quick grasp and a hands-on approach to tasks and problems.
Willingness to push yourself out of your comfort zone.
Independent and structured way of working with a process-oriented mindset.
Experience in managing third-party logistics and external providers.
Fluency in English; any other EU language is a plus.
Efficiency in WMS & Third Party Logistics is also a plus.
