Would you like to join a dynamic, fast growing and challenging company?CTR is a multinational manufacturing company looking for a Logistics & Inventory Managerto join our Supply Chain team in Portugal.With more than 30 years of experience, CTR has become a leader on the development and manufacturing of high quality consumer products for Air Care and Pest Control applications.Main Responsibilities:Responsible for warehouse physical handling including raw material and WIP receiving, put-away into rack system, dispatch from warehouse production line;Responsible for FG palletization, storage and loading into truck till arrival at customer designated place based on Incoterm;Responsible for transaction in SAP to ensure timely and correctly manage inventory in SAP system;Responsible for inbound and outbound material handling performance on lead-time, accuracy and completeness;Responsible for process documentation aligned with CTR and customer requirement and periodically review and execution;Responsible for warehouse layout design and/or redesign to maximize storage capacity with collaboration other functions for example production, HSE, etc.Accountable and responsible for logistics and inventory performance KPI including, but not limited to inventory value, turn, excess & obsolete, annual & cycle count inventory accuracy, bin accuracy, storage occupancy, material dispatch performance, warehouse storage cost, abnormal cost, OTIFResponsible for developing, driving and monitoring standard Inventory Management processes at site.Develop/Execute radical and fast inventory reduction projects in the whole supply chain, communicate the progress of the inventory projects, achieve project milestones and maintain momentum of the projectsIdentify root causes of inventory deviation through cause and effect analysis. Develop and execute daily, weekly and monthly action plans that support solving deviations and driving inventory reductionsResponsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the inventory management.Responsible for entire material flow design in order to reduce handling complexity and improve efficiency in the meantime;Responsible for whole team with XX employee including performance appraisal, hiring & exit.Requirements:A minimum of 8 years proven working experience, and at least 5 years in managerial position on site role, in manufacturing companies;FMCG, home retail, fashion working experience will be a plus.Candidates with 3PL background will be a plus too.Good communication skills and English as a second languageIf you believe you are the right candidate for this offer, please send us your application.
