As a provider of innovative and cost-efficient diffusion products on a large scale, they are now seeking an Inventory & Logistic Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact within a thriving organization.Responsibilities:Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, dispatch, palletization, and loading of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods;Ensure accurate and timely transaction management in SAP to maintain inventory integrity;Oversee inbound and outbound material handling performance, focusing on lead-time, accuracy, and completeness;Develop and maintain process documentation aligned with customer requirements and industry standards;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse layout and maximize storage capacity;Accountable for logistics and inventory performance, including inventory value, turnover, accuracy, and storage costs;Develop and implement standard inventory management processes at the site;Drive inventory reduction projects throughout the supply chain, ensuring effective communication and achieving project milestones;Conduct cause and effect analysis to identify root causes of inventory deviations and implement action plans for resolution;Provide leadership, direction, and evaluation of the inventory management team;Design material flow processes to reduce handling complexity and improve efficiency;Manage and lead a team of XX employees, including performance appraisal, hiring, and exit processes.Skills:A minimum of 8 years proven working experience, and at least 5 years in a managerial position on-site role, in manufacturing companies; FMCG, home retail, fashion working experience will be a plus. 3PL background will be a plus too;Experience in high mix low volume & insight knowledge to deal with high speed turnover material related logistics and inventory management experience;Good leadership skills and proactive attitude;Continuous improvement and change agent mindset;Excellent analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills;Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;Ability to prioritize tasks and deal effectively with unplanned situations, proven strong attention to detail;Good level of English.Área: Industry, Supply Chain & Operations
