Opportunity: Talent Agency Lead
About our client:
Our client is an AI boutique with an international presence, working on turnkey projects in the AI space.
Founded by three experienced entrepreneurs with strong backgrounds in both business and tech, they bring a wealth of international exposure and industry knowledge.
They are now building an internal Talent Agency to cater to direct recruitment needs and are searching for a driven individual to lead this department.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and growth of the internal Talent Agency.
Drive recruitment strategies for AI and tech roles, ensuring top-tier talent acquisition.
Build a recruitment roadmap that aligns with the company's business objectives.
First with the help of the co-founder then in time more autonomously, lead and take full ownership of the department, including performance metrics and client success.
Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Scale the agency by growing a team to handle increasing recruitment demand.
Profile sought:
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
Very hands on, Head Hunter mindset and willing to Source and search for talents
2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the tech sector with iT Consulting, Outsourcing Or Talent Agency Companies.
Proven leadership abilities with strong ambition to grow and take ownership of a department.
Interest and knowledge of latest trends of AI and.
Fluent in English AND Portuguese, French language is a bonus.
