Location Manager – DreamFly Lisbon As our Lisbon location manager, you will supervise and lead a team of employees, including scheduling, training, and evaluating performance. You love to create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork, motivation, and employee development. You will be daily monitoring and enforcing company policies, including cash handling procedures and safety protocols, and ensuring the facilities are visually appealing and properly maintained to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
One of the most important parts of the job is to provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer issues promptly and effectively, monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to achieve sales goals and increase profitability.
You have experience in developing and implementing strategies to retain existing customers and attract new ones. You love to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, and how to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. You know how to generate reports on sales and other key performance indicators to assess overall performance and make informed decisions.

Location Manager Required Qualifications College degree in business administration, sports administration, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Proven experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of business operations, including sales and customer service.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Fluent in Portuguese and English.
