In doing so, you keep technical and commercial criteria in mind for decision-makingYou analyze and describe problems and requirements together with the customer, select the appropriate solution based on the urgency, scope, importance and position of the customer and can justify this convincinglyTake over the installation and configuration of IT products and resolve problems with hardware and software.
