We are looking for a Loan Solutions Consultant to join our Inetum Team and be a part of a work culture focused on innovation!Location: Lisbon or PortoMain Responsibilities:Follow operational procedures to meet SLAs and complete assigned tasks efficientlyConduct controls and risk assessments following procedures and risk mappingAnalyze and integrate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliabilityManage and prioritize queries, directing them to the appropriate departments, and escalate unresolved issuesExtract and compile reports to support decision-making and oversight functionsProfile:Academic background in Accounting, Economics, Finance or similar+1 year of Banking Services or Operations experienceProficiency in MS Office, especially ExcelDriven to teamworkFluency in EnglishHybrid work - office in Lisbon or Porto (1/2 times per week)Send your CV & join our team!
