About the job The Back Office (BO) for Corporate Structured Credit provides servicing activities related to syndicated loans or complex bilateral credits. This includes loans to customers of different Business Lines. Complex credit transactions are booked in the credit management system and then transferred, after the first drawdown, to the Back Office (BO) for Corporate Structured Credit located in Lisbon for the servicing of the live cycle events of the credit. The Loan Servicing Officer is responsible for managing all events linked to deal lifecycle, which encompasses managing bookings and updates of the loan management system.
Your Main Activities Are Manage all the events of the life cycle of the Credits: Drawdown, full or partial payment, Transfer, Accounting for Fees, Process and Follow up of accounting breaks, Deal termination.Manage post treatment of the activity (ex. incoming cash, paid, pending transactions).Manage and promote good relationships between Department and stakeholders: Middle Office (in charge of deals), Back Office (closing teams) and External interlocutors (Banks belonging to banking pools and Agent Banks).Profile and Skills to Success Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting.Up to 2 years of relevant experience in Banking and Financial Operations.Fluent (C1-C2) level of English.Ability to collaborate / teamwork.Proactivity.Attention to detail / rigor.Organisational skills.Analytical ability (namely in Excel).Why joining BNP Paribas?
