This exciting new opportunity is a great chance for an experienced logistics professional to join us as LLP Supply Chain Insights & Value Creation Director to drive transformational customer-facing projects. The projects will be based on innovative insights and advanced analytics services, to identify opportunities in customer supply chains against customer's business objectives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with sizable, high-profile, global strategic customers of DHL Supply Chain, ensuring seamless logistics solutions and fostering long-term partnerships to drive mutual growth and success. The successful applicant will be passionate about working on customer-facing projects, driving insights and identifying transformational improvement opportunities in our customer's supply chains. They will be experienced in generating significant value in line with customer's business objectives, will enjoy staying up-to-date on market trends and be focussed on driving business growth. Key responsibilities will include managing complex end-to-end supply chain projects, optimizing efficiency, and unlocking value to meet the dynamic needs of our prestigious customers. Main duties will include: Building trusting relationships with C-level stakeholders within DHL and our customers. Assessing customer's supply chains and using consultative selling skills to position transformational value opportunities. Taking ownership when promoting products such as Insights as a service & Consulting to the NORAM customer base to ensure we are proactively pushing our innovative service offerings into the market. Building strong relationships with the DSC 3PL sales community to drive upselling of LLP as well as integrated solutions (LLP + 3PL) and partner value initiatives (3PL growth) through Insights engagement. Leveraging your own supply chain experience and knowledge of newest trends on digitalization, ESG etc. to bring in game-changing improvement ideas for customer's supply chains. Translating identified transformational opportunities into an analytical approach for validation and linking it to the orchestration of micro service scope for value quantification. Working with a broad stakeholder landscape (LLP Sales, Solutions Design, data scientists, DSC and other divisions) to build comprehensive business cases for identified transformational opportunities. Closely collaborating with regional Value Creation Teams to embed Insights solution in the way of working
