We are in search of a Live Support Agent to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our smart locker systems by providing real-time technical support to our technical teams and swiftly resolving maintenance issues. What will be your responsibilities Act as the primary contact for maintenance-related inquiries, providing exceptional live support to field maintenance teams and store managers via phone, email, and other communication channels; Handle and resolve technical support tickets using ticketing systems; Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the maintenance of smart lockers, including hardware and software components; Collaborate closely with deployment and maintenance teams to escalate and efficiently resolve complex issues; Accurately document technical issues and solutions in the internal knowledge base for future reference and continuous improvement; Provide guidance and training on maintenance procedures and troubleshooting techniques; Work with internal teams to identify recurring issues and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime and improve system reliability; Stay informed about product developments and industry trends to enhance technical knowledge and support capabilities; Assist in developing and updating technical documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures; This list is not exhaustive and may vary based on operational needs. What are the requirements to join us in this position Proficiency in Italian, plus a good level of English; Technical proficiencyin hardware and software systems, preferably with experience in maintenance or technical support roles; Knowledge of computerand IoT hardware, electronics, TCP/IP networks and operating systems (GNU/Linux-based systems) Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively; Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with great attention to detail; Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; Flexibility to work Italian holidays, since this is a remote role for Italy. Prior experience in customer support or technical assistance is preferred; Knowledge of smart locker systems or similar technologies is a plus
