Main Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and manage systems to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor and provide ongoing support for computer infrastructures.
Participate in infrastructure projects to enhance system capabilities.
Analyze and resolve incidents in computer systems to minimize downtime.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering effective solutions and timely support.

Candidate Profile:
Education:Higher education in Computer Science or related fields (certifications and professional experience are valued).
Experience:Solid experience with virtualization, backups, Linux, networks, and hardware.
Knowledge in various services, including Apache, Databases (MySQL, SQL Server, etc.), Firewall (iptables), Virtualization (xen and others), and Email servers (qmail, postfix, etc.).

Availability:Willingness to provide 24×7 services and travel within Portugal.
Language Proficiency:Good knowledge of English.
