We are currently recruiting a Legal Recruiter Consultant for our Finance, HR & Legal Division in our Lisbon team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Identifying business opportunities by speaking to clients and candidates
•Organising and attending meetings with prospective clients
•Developing existing relationships
•Interview candidates and send the best profiles to clients
•Developing an understanding of the market
Requirements:
At Robert Walters, previous recruitment experience is not a requirement. Many of our consultants have backgrounds in the industries for which they now recruit and as a result add significant value to both our clients and candidates.
We're looking for talented professionals, with 3+ years of experience in law, willing to develop themselves in an exciting new project.
