And so, your career!LEGAL DATA ADMINISTRATORAt the age of processing and digitalization, in a fast-evolving environment, we are looking for a Legal Data Administrator to strengthen our Legal Compliance and Data Protection Department. Within the Group's Legal Department, reporting to a Senior Legal Counsel and working in a collaborative environment with the Sodexo Compliance and Data Protection communities, this is your chance to contribute to the deployment of our global initiatives and the oversight of our global programs, leaving a lasting impact on our global organization. Embark on that exciting journey with us!What will you do?Perform admin tasks such as managing users' access and profiles, performing batch uploads and reviewing false positives.Provide technical assistance to the users of the tools, collaborating with IT Support (internal or external) to identify, administer, and troubleshoot any gaps/issues.Propose and monitor updates, enhancements, and upgrades requests in the tools, if necessary, with the tools' providers.Draft or update tool-related documentation and support, such as user manuals, guidelines, videos, and training.Extract/consolidate data, KPIs, and metrics for analysis and reporting purposes.Analyze data, KPIs, and metrics, highlighting any gaps, compliance hits, or red flags.Draft reports and presentations for key stakeholders based on the KPIs and metrics.Ensure document management.Steer, monitor, and report timely on the progress of the deliverables, ensuring that tasks assigned to the Compliance and Data Privacy Communities worldwide are delivered timely.Highlight any issues or deviations from global policies and processes.Draft detailed procedures for all activities performed to enable a smooth handover, updating them with any new processes or assessments.What you'll need to succeed:Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, information systems, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in administering and supporting tools and processes.Ability to implement and maintain workflows, processes, and document management systems.Attraction for optimization, legal design, AI.IT taste, appetite to work with technologies and data analytics.Mastery of Excel files.Expertise in compliance, data privacy, or LegalTech is a plus.Easy communicator.Proactive problem solver.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Quickly adapt to new environments and technologies.Attention to detail, commitment to accuracy and quality in all deliverables.Proactively present innovative ideas and tangible solutions.Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).French language is a plus.What we have to offer you:Hybrid working model.Flexible working hours.Health & Life Insurance.Attractive meal allowance paid in Meal Card.Additional Days off: extra vacation day, employee's birthday, volunteering day.More than 6000 free online courses.Opportunity to grow professionally inside the Company.Possibility to participate in multicultural projects.Several internal activities aiming to promote our team's wellbeing.We are waiting for you!Send us your CV to our email ****** with the title of the role on the subject and check all the opportunities on our career website (https://www.sodexo.com/en/contact-us/sbs-porto/porto-jobs).Find out more about Sodexo: (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XX7PoE9kazU)Sodexo is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
