Sobre o nosso clienteOur client is a multinational structure working on the growth and development of its Shared Service Centre.DescriçãoProviding effective legal and commercial advice and assistance, in particular regarding Tech, Data and Digital matters.Draft and negotiate contracts.Assist the function supported regarding the assessment and management of legal and commercial risk and in light of different risk profiles.Help to ensure that business is conducted in accordance with relevant law and the group's internal governance processes.Provide preliminary advice on disputes.Advise on regulatory compliance.Support a range of standard and bespoke contracts and queries with relatively low to medium levels of revenues, complexity and impact.Perfil idealEducated to degree level or equivalent.Qualified lawyer in EU jurisdiction with international commercial legal experience (between 5-8 years' relevant qualified experience).Good technical knowledge and experience of the law (including contract/commercial law and regulatory issues e.G. software contracts, AI, Data and Digital regulations).Good technical contract drafting and negotiation skills.Tech, Data and Digital contract experience.Problem solving - ability to identify and analyse key information to make balanced and appropriate decisions.Problem solving - ability to advise on legal and commercial options and challenge others where necessary.Ability to provide preliminary advice on legal disputes.Good communication and interpersonal skills.VantagensA great opportunity for professional growth.#J-18808-Ljbffr
