We are in search of a Legal Counsel to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar . In this role, you will be instrumental in managing, drafting, and negotiating various commercial agreements while supporting business objectives. What will be your responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including sales agreements, software as a service (SaaS), service level agreements (SLA), and others; Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and product development teams; Monitor legal trends and regulatory changes affecting the technology and logistics sectors, ensuring proactive legal compliance; Advise on intellectual property rights and data privacy concerns; Identify potential legal risks related to commercial transactions and advise on risk mitigation strategies; Manage pre-litigation disputes, provide legal support in the event of contract disputes, and advise on risk minimization strategies; Liaise withexternal legal counsel when necessary for complex legal matters, ensuring cost-effective and efficient legal solutions; Collaboratewith cross-functional teams and external legal advisors to address complex legal issues and ensure cohesive global operations. What are the requirements to join us in this position Degree in Law from a Portuguese University or internationally recognized institution; A minimum of 6+ years of post-qualification legal experience, preferably within a fast-paced environment or top-tier legal firm; Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts related to SaaS, hardware sales, maintenance services; Passion forworking in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment, with the ability to demonstrate personal commitment and drive to set and exceed high standards; Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with a proven track record in navigating complex legal environments; Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across multiple regions; Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Experience with technology industries; Advanced Negotiation Skills.
