Legal Contract Manager English - Porto (252-000534-1) MatosinhosAdecco Recruitment is looking for a Legal Contract Manager who will integrate a SSC operation in Porto.This professional will provide a full range of contractual and admin support and legal expertise for specific global client accounts. They will be dealing with all Contract Management activities including the implementation of local agreements, leading the contractual change process for the accounts as they grow, and updating and maintaining the contract management tools.Main responsibilities:Support, when needed, the drafting of local agreements under the Master Agreement working with local Legal Counsels.Advise & train the wider teams on the contractual and admin requirements to increase compliance and drive profitability through a right use of the contracts.Prepare and present contract trainings across the account.Implement the contractual governance, change control procedures, and maintain accurate historical and admin logs.Draft contractual caveats / give recommendations after evaluation of risks to proceed with changes and deviations from the agreed terms.Ensure the right approval channel for contractual changes based on internal delegations and change control procedures.Take part in Governance meetings with the Client and the Central Account Team when relevant.Ensure consistency with the contract management tools (Excel trackers, EQMS, etc.) & procedures already developed for other global accounts.Ensure that contracts and contractual deliverables are in place.Ensure compliance with Group / Global Client Contracts DOAs & contractual governance.Report and monitor contract compliance.Regular coordination with regional and country teams regarding the preparation, completion, and sign-off of the change control documents.Participate in risk assessment, working closely with the Subject Matter Experts at Account and Group levels and followed with concrete preventive and corrective actions.Experience:1 year of experience in legal and contract management support.Demonstrated technical skills and commercial awareness.Experience with commercial contracts in a multi-country jurisdiction environment.Strong contract review and drafting skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to adjust to different stakeholders.Effective time management and organization skills.Fluent in English.It would be advantageous for the role holder to have experience within the Facilities Management sector and have worked on a commercial client-facing account previously.Apply!
