Job Description We are looking for a passionate and driven Legal Compliance Officer to join our team.  Responsibilities: Implement comprehensive assessment of legal risks and opportunities, as well as practical measures to mitigate risks and capture opportunities Manage contract reviews and contentious matters  Assume the function of a compliance officer (incl.
Leading the processes of obtaining necessary licenses and permits) Provide general guidance and management of legal issues in the field of data protection including GDPR Provide advice to a wide range of internal stakeholders  Manage relations with different authorities Research and monitor new legislation and legal trends Foster a strong working relationship with the Legal team Qualifications Law school graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience; postgraduate degree (LL.M.
or MBA) is of advantage Demonstrated experience in obtaining licenses and permits, particularly for high-risk industry Extensive experience in commercial and corporate law (English Common Law) Proven track record in managing complex contracts and projects in an international environment Excellent qualifications and experience working analytically on complex legal matters Ownership of cases and projects, and ability to work proactively to achieve the set targets Possesses strong communication skills (written and spoken) in Ukrainian and English Has strong integrity and ethics and is able to deliver great service, even with difficult customers Ability to think creatively and develop innovative approaches and solutions Additional Information We offer: Global Flexibility: Embrace the freedom to work from anywhere in the world, with remote work options that let you craft the perfect work-life balance.
