Legal And Contract Specialist - German Speaker (F/M/Div)

Join us – a dynamic and vibrant team is waiting for you!As a Legal & Contract Specialist, you will work together with the local and global teams to support Infineon's corporate divisions by providing legal advice.In your new role you will:Support the Business Divisions and Central Functions through the negotiation of R&D Consortium Agreements funded by the German public authorities (BMBF); Support Procurement team with legal negotiations of services ; Manage communication with internal interfaces with regard to the projects under your responsibility; Be responsible for preparing, negotiating, and maintaining other types of agreements ; Work with document automation tools and other platforms used by the company as part of the contract lifecycle management system. You have excellent attention to detail combined with your organized way of working. You thrive in an international environment and your team spirit allows you to easily foster fruitful collaborations with others. Moreover, you demonstrate strong communication skills, being able to work independently and structure your own work.You are best equipped for this task if you have:A University degree in Law, or a similar field of studies; At least 3 years of experience with legal topic s or in a similar role; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and other tools such as DocuSign ; Fluency in German withknowledge of legal terminology; Fluency in English.
