Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Ireland Consulting Team at Mercer.
This role will be based in Lisbon.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.As a consulting analyst, you will work as part of a team in Portugal supporting the legal team in Ireland.You will work directly with Ireland-based team and support teams in Portugal and Ireland to coordinate and manage the delivery of statements and documents to our clients.We will count on you to:Help the legal team to manage a portfolio of clients on a day-to-day basis, manage and track ongoing actions for the individual ongoing process, draft correspondence to clients on a range of issues and questions;Update various compliance documents;Update and prepare Scheme's legal documents;Prepare communications to members;Involvement in project work as required even outside of legal subjects;Support the business in some non-client related task, namely implementation and update of some legal templates.
What you need to have:Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (C1/C2);Excellent planning and organisational skills in order to prioritise and effectively manage a wide variety of ongoing tasks, in order to meet the multiple deadlines;Attention to detail is critical;Strong problem solving skills & ability to clearly articulate complex issues;Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
