Being aHorizoneer means being part of a growing, international family.The main mission will be: Maintain global HR compliance standards, with specific requirementsfrom an Employment and Compliance perspective, across multiplejurisdictions, including with regards to:Statutory obligations with regards to employees representation:Organization of elections, etc.Statutory company policies & rules (implementation, monitoring,revision): employment policies (handbook), health and safety policy,additional policies specific to each country (LGTBI, equality, etc.),disciplinary code, grievance procedure, notices of good practiceYour day-to-day: Compliance Monitoring, Analysis and Solutions:Conduct researches and monitor local changes in employment laws andregulationsConduct comprehensive assessments of HR compliance gaps across allHorizons' entities worldwide (40+ countries) and implement effectivesolutions, including the development of policies and practiceOptimize and standardize company policies and approaches across allHorizons' entities worldwide, with specific emphasis on employeesrepresentation and statutory company policies & rules (employmentpolicies, health and safety policy, additional policies specific to eachcountry, disciplinary code, grievance procedure, etc
