Sobre o nosso clienteOur client is a leader in Europe in redefining the shopping centre experience.DescriçãoLead and envision the leasing team within Portugal to achieve commercial success and enhance guests' satisfaction through:Actively analyze and research market trends and developments;Establish and maintain positive tenant relationships;Analyze and interpret lease agreements and other relevant documents to determine financial obligations, tenant responsibilities, and key milestones;Track and alert tenants of upcoming renewals, expirations and other key dates in a timely manner;Manage and update lease database to reflect changes in property, contact information, etc. and coordinate information with internal teams as necessary;Provide audit support to Finance and answer questions that impact accounting during monthly close processes;Build network with actual shopkeepers and professionals of the real estate & retail industry;Generate new leasing leads and negotiate deals from inception to final execution;Prepare weekly leasing activity reports and status of each negotiation held with potential tenants;Manage the daily activities of the leasing department in accordance with organization policies and standards.Perfil idealSenior Leasing professional with a recognized track-record of success:Previous leasing experience, with a strong existing network of key retailers/brands within both Portuguese and international markets;Detailed knowledge of rental structure, practices, store construction procedures and leasing/legal documentation;English Fluent;Good negotiator;First-class interpersonal skills - able to present concepts and ideas fluently at all levels of seniority;Team player with ability to work cross-functionally;Able to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines;Natural networker and facilitator;Conflict resolution skills - ability to anticipate rather than merely react;Highly motivated achiever with a focus on results.Vantagens
