Teams of IT and Banking Support Activities work in an integrated, inclusive and transversal way, supporting all the business lines and country platforms.Job DescriptionAdministrative management of training:Provides comprehensive administrative support for the effective delivery of training and learning programs, with a strong focus on client satisfaction (both learners); Reports on activities and the achievement of defined KPIs.Main tasks and goals:Assists in coordinating administrative tasks related to training programs, with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction, including scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communications; Collaborates with internal stakeholders (e.G., training managers, internal trainers, trainees) to contribute to the successful delivery of learning programs, with a strong emphasis on meeting client expectations; Supports the training managers in monitoring and reporting on the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training activities; Maintains accurate records and databases related to training activities and participant progress and utilizes data for continuous improvement and reporting.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field; Prior experience inadministrative support or a strong interest in Learning and Development; At least a French level C1 (mandatory) and an English level of B1:Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize; Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.We will only consider English or French CVs.Additional InformationEarly morning.
