Learning Experience Designer ( 1064)

We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer with the following requirements:
Requirements:

3 or more years of experience designing, developing, and leading training initiatives;
A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Educational Sciences, Communication, or similar;
Experience in instructional design and design tools used in a learning creation environment (MS tools, especially MS PowerPoint);
Able to demonstrate the ability to create cutting-edge and high-quality Digital Learning experiences;
Experience with producing content for eLearning modules and videos;
Comfortable and flexible to work in a complex and agile environment, being a part of a multidisciplinary team;
Creative, attentive to detail, critical thinking, and well-reasoned logic;
"Team player", willing to learn and teach;
Able to deal with the pressure of scheduling and deliveries;
Flexible to work with different clients, from several business areas;
Good interpersonal abilities with team and Clients;
Must have strong written communication skills, with native knowledge of European Portuguese, and advanced knowledge of the English language (spoken and written).
Knowledge of Articulate Storylines and generative AI is a plus.

Additional Information:

Duration: Contract for 12 Months (possibility of extension).
Localization: Hybrid, Lisbon.
