What you will doSupport training logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodation, transfers, catering, and preparation of materials for participants and trainers.Provide assistance in effective communication with stakeholders, trainers, and participants, ensuring a smooth flow of information.Help maintain and update global reports and dashboards, tracking learning programs, attendance, and feedback.Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, trainers, and participants throughout all stages of training sessions—before, during, and after.What you'll bringAcademic background in Management, Human Resources, or related fields.Proficiency in management tools and software, including MS Office and Excel.Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable and adept at navigating various systems.Sense of responsibility, with a focus on problem-solving and collaborative work.Highly organized with keen attention to detail.A team-oriented mindset.Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
