Due to the dynamic development of the company, we are looking for people for the following position: Learning and Development Specialist Responsibilities Identifying and assessing training needs among technical and administrative employees, with particular emphasis on current trends and standards in the renewable energy industry. Reviewing and evaluating current training programs within the company to identify areas requiring improvement or updates. Conducting market research to find the best training offers from external providers, both in the area of soft skills and technical skills. Coordinating the implementation of new training programs, including negotiating terms with providers, scheduling, and logistics. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of new training programs, gathering participant feedback, and making necessary improvements. Providing individual support and consultation for employees in the development of professional competencies. Collaborating closely with managers and team leaders to adjust training programs to the needs of individual departments. Preparing reports on training activities, analyzing effectiveness, and presenting results to the management. Requirements 3 years of experience working in an internal HR department in a similar position or a company providing HR services. Experience in creating, implementing, and coordinating development programs or training. Very good command of the English language. Experience in working with internal clients from different levels of the organization. Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Very good self-organization and strong analytical skills. Nice to have Experience working with the Webankieta program. Experience in organizing and coordinating employee performance evaluations.
