Due to the dynamic development of the company, we are looking for people for the following position: Learning and Development Specialist Responsibilities Identifying and assessing training needs among technical and administrative employees, with particular emphasis on current trends and standards in the renewable energy industryReviewing and evaluating current training programs within the company to identify areas requiring improvement or updatesConducting market research to find the best training offers from external providers, both in the area of soft skills and technical skillsCoordinating the implementation of new training programs, including negotiating terms with providers, scheduling, and logisticsMonitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of new training programs, gathering participant feedback, and making necessary improvementsProviding individual support and consultation for employees in the development of professional competenciesCollaborating closely with managers and team leaders to adjust training programs to the needs of individual departmentsPreparing reports on training activities, analyzing effectiveness, and presenting results to the management.Requirements 3 years of experience working in an internal HR department in a similar position or a company providing HR servicesExperience in creating, implementing, and coordinating development programs or trainingVery good command of the English languageExperience in working with internal clients from different levels of the organization,Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and ExcelVery good self-organization and strong analytical skillsNice to haveExperience working with the Webankieta programExperience in organizing and coordinating employee performance evaluationsWe offer Working for a leading company in the solar energy industry, contributing to environmental protectionAn employment contract (unless you prefer another form of cooperation) with a benefits package (e.g., medical care, multisport)Training programs – R.Power University, where we offer interesting training packages that enhance professional qualificationsR.Power Abroad – an employee exchange program and the possibility of temporary work from other offices in EuropeExtracurricular activities.
