SLT Consulting helps translate learning strategies into trackable data points, clean L&D data for insights, build learning dashboards, provide advanced analytics, upskill L&D teams, and create Learning Analytics & AI strategies.Role DescriptionThis is a 1-3 day a week hybrid contract role for a Learning And Development Specialist at SLT Consulting in the Greater Faro Area with some flexibility for remote work. The Specialist will work with us on building our Learning Analytics Toolkit. The work is diverse and ranges from training custom GPTs, creating scenarios and video scripts, developing reference materials, creating knowledge checks and skill assessments, as well as diving into the fascinating world of learning analytics.QualificationsTraining & Development, Learning Management, and Instructional Design skillsCommunication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of AI is a big plusKnowledge of Scenario Based Learning is a big plusExperience in Moodle is a big plusExperience with Miro, Canva, Synthesia, Adeptly, and ChatGPT is a plusMost importantly, you must be willing and ready to learn a lot!
