SLT Consulting helps translate learning strategies into trackable data points, clean L&D data for insights, build learning dashboards, provide advanced analytics, upskill L&D teams, and create Learning Analytics & AI strategies.
Role Description
This is a 1-3 day a week hybrid contract role for a Learning And Development Specialist at SLT Consulting in the Greater Faro Area with some flexibility for remote work. The Specialist will work with us on building our Learning Analytics Toolkit. The work is diverse and ranges from training custom GPTs, creating scenarios and video scripts, developing reference materials, creating knowledge checks and skill assessments, as well as diving into the fascinating world of learning analytics.
Qualifications
Training & Development, Learning Management, and Instructional Design skills
Communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of AI is a big plus
Knowledge of Scenario Based Learning is a big plus
Experience in Moodle is a big plus
Experience with Miro, Canva, Synthesia, Adeptly, and ChatGPT is a plus
Most importantly, you must be willing and ready to learn a lot!
