Building and evolving the People Department at the company. Launch projects in areas such as HRIT Systems implementation and definitions; Build the Employee Value Proposition (EVP); Working on projects such as compensation policy, travel policy and recruitment.Who Were Looking For A dynamic professional who wants to work in a young company with classic structures. Experience above 3 years in Human Resources in a structured environment (Mandatory). Someone with an interest in continuous improvement. Fluent in English (Mandatory). Knowledge of best practices in HR.
